Fate and the Warrior

In the atmospheric surroundings of the Guardians’ Room at Ripon Workhouse, Fell-Foss Theatre presents the first read through of a new play detailing the last years of Edgar Mittelholzer, credited as the first English speaking novelist from the Caribbean. He had a prolific output, gaining much success, though his work took an increasingly darker tone over time ostracizing many former publishers.
