Thursday afternoon sees Storycraft at Ripon Library with their fabulous blend of crafting and storytelling – on the theme of Heading into Space. On Friday evening, fearless families can join the Ripon Heritage Ghost Walk in association with Ripon Museums. taking a tour round the darker side of Ripon’s history.
Saturday morning is perfect for puppet-making at Ripon Library with Lempen Puppet Theatre. Drop-in any time between 10am and 2pm and create your own unique character from an array of recycled materials, guided by experienced maker and puppeteer, Vanessa. Or try some circus skills or giant bubble making with Ron and Hazel from Jolly Good Productions between 12 & 1pm in the Spa Gardens.
For younger children the day starts in Spa Gardens with A Musical Bear Hunt led by Hannah from Musicality Kids, the perfect interactive adventure for those who’ve been up since dawn!
Active families shouldn’t miss the fabulous Ripon Trail Game, designed specially for our unique city by Frolicked Outdoor Theatre. Use your powers of deduction to uncover a series of hidden locations around the city. There’s a morning and an afternoon Trail.
